4. Service Availability

While we strive to provide reliable, round-the-clock access to our services, there may be occasional interruptions due to maintenance, upgrades, network issues, or events beyond our control. We do not guarantee continuous or error-free access.

Occasionally, we may release early versions of new features or tools (“Beta Services”) for testing. These services are offered as-is, may be unstable, and should not be relied upon for critical tasks. Your feedback on Beta Services may be used to improve functionality and may be shared publicly with your permission. We may change or discontinue Beta Services at any time.

Please note that:

• Not all languages or regions may be fully supported.
• Some third-party tools or payment options may have limited availability.
• Paid support services are non-refundable.

5. General Conduct Guidelines

By using our services, you agree to:

• Follow all applicable laws and regulations;
• Avoid infringing on others’ rights or using the platform for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes;
• Refrain from uploading malware, spam, or deceptive content;
• Not access or interfere with the platform through unauthorized means;
• Back up your content regularly (Becraftify does not guarantee backups);

Becraftify reserves the right to record calls or messages for quality assurance and may use such recordings in legal disputes if necessary. We may update or modify service features, pricing, and functionality at any time.

6. Content Ownership & Use

Becraftify Content

All content provided by us—including code, visuals, designs, templates, media, and written material—is protected by intellectual property laws and remains our exclusive property. You may use this content only within our platform and under the terms outlined in your plan.

User Content

You retain full ownership of any content you create or upload. However, by posting content via our Services, you confirm you have the necessary rights to do so and grant Becraftify a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Services.

Private or password-protected content will not be used for marketing. Public content may be promoted or referenced unless explicitly restricted by you.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any rights, laws, or policies.

7. Our Use of Your Content

For content such as comments, suggestions, or contributions (“User Submissions”), you:

• Acknowledge that submissions are voluntary and non-confidential;

This does not apply to content hosted on your personal site unless submitted directly to Becraftify’s own platform.

If content is removed from your account, we may retain backup copies for security purposes but will no longer display it publicly.

8. Content Monitoring & Account Termination

While we do not routinely monitor user content, we reserve the right to review and remove any material that violates these Terms or applicable laws. We may also suspend or permanently close your account without notice for violations including but not limited to abuse, spam, exploitation, or repeat offenses.

In severe cases (e.g. involving illegal content, exploitation, or threats), your account may be terminated immediately and all data—including backups—may be deleted.

9. Our Rights

We may deny, restrict, or modify your access to the platform or specific services for any of the following reasons:

• Legal obligations or court orders
• Mistakes in account setup or service delivery
• Prevention of fraud or abuse
• Compliance with law enforcement or regulatory requests
• Threats of legal action against Becraftify
• Violation of our support team’s safety or policies

We may also access and make changes to your account or content when assisting you via support channels.

10. Anti-Spam Policy

We strictly prohibit sending unsolicited messages, advertisements, or bulk communications through our services. This includes spam via email, messaging apps, chat, or other digital means.

If we find evidence of spam activity, we may:

• Suspend or remove associated services
• Require confirmation that the spam has ceased
• Terminate services for repeat violations

All marketing messages sent through our platform must follow consent-based guidelines (opt-in required), include valid sender details, and provide an opt-out method.

11. Intellectual Property Complaints

We are not liable for:

• Any viruses, unauthorized access, or data loss;

• Limitations from Beta features or experimental tools.

In any case, our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months or €10,000—whichever is less. Any claims must be filed within one year.
