Refund Policy

Standard Refund Terms

At StartSiteWizard, we want our customers to feel confident when purchasing from us. Most products and services can be refunded if a cancellation request is made within 7 days of the original transaction date.

Important Exceptions:

  • Payments made using cryptocurrencies, tokens, or other digital assets are non-refundable due to the volatile and irreversible nature of these payment types.
  • Refunds will not be issued for accounts found in violation of our Terms of Service or applicable laws.

The “transaction date” refers to the date you purchased or renewed a product or service, in line with the applicable Terms of Use. While you may cancel any service at any time, eligibility for a refund depends on the refund window specified for each product.

Eligible Products for Refund (under standard terms)

  • Hosting plans (except initial payments following a Free Trial)

Products Not Eligible for Refund

  • Redemption or recovery fees
  • Custom-built website design services
  • Paid support services
  • Services terminated due to abuse, misuse, or violation of our terms

Our refund policy is designed to allow users to explore our services risk-free. However, repeated refund requests or misuse (e.g., bulk purchases followed by mass refund requests) will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to decline refunds in such cases.

Refunds to Balance

Refunds will typically be processed back to the original payment method. In select cases, credits may be applied to your account balance for use in future purchases.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, this is considered a breach of our payment terms. In such cases, Becraftify may take appropriate action, which may include:

  • Immediate suspension or closure of your account
  • Cancellation of any associated domains or services
  • Restriction of credit card use for future purchases

In the event of a chargeback, we may require:

  • Proof of payment
  • A censored image of the credit card used (showing only the first 6 and last 4 digits)
  • Payment of any outstanding balances, including fees related to the chargeback and services used

Note: Accounts associated with fraudulent activity or criminal chargebacks will be permanently closed, and data may be lost without the ability to recover.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us using the form below, before initiating a chargeback. Our team is happy to help resolve any issues directly.

We reserve the right to challenge any chargeback, and will submit supporting documentation to demonstrate authorization of the transaction and usage of services.

Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at using the form below.

  • After cancellation, services will continue until the end of your current billing period, and no additional charges will occur.

  • Access to your site and any hosted content will remain active until the end of your subscription period, unless you request immediate removal.
